You can always check your order status in our website by going to the “Track Your Order” tab.  You will need your Order Number and Last Name

·         Returns:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your cigars  you can return it.  You will need an RMA authorization.  Please contact us to give you instructions about where and how to ship your returns.  Instructions vary by country.

Delivery charges are not refundable

·         Instructions to Return an Order or Partial Order:

1.       Request your RMA authorization number. 

2.       Complete the Return/Exchange section

3.       Pack the cigars in a sturdy carton enclosing the packing slip

4.       Send the package to the address given in the RMA document

5.       Keep a copy of your tracking number

6.       When we receive your returned order we will refund your payment within days.  Remember delivery charges are not refundable. If you pay using Wired Transfer we will send you a Money Order to your shipping address.  Credit Card payments will be refunded to the credit card.

·         Order Cancelation

You can cancel your order by contact us by email at sales@habanoscr.com.  Make sure that you cancel your order before it is shipped or you will have to return your order.   If you need to return your order you will need to ask for a Return Authorization Number ( RMA).  Please read the return section in this page for more information.

·         Cigar Sizes:

We use the measurements as the Cuban do, using the metric system.  You can use the following guide if you are new to Cuban cigars or if you just want to know what the length of a cigar in inches is. 

The Ring size is the thickness of the cigar and is always given in mm.

Please be aware that cigars of the same format receive different commercial names.  For example a 7”x47 cigar, usually known as a Churchill, can be name Prince of Wales, Coronas Gigantes or Esplendidos dependiendo on whether it has been manufactured by Romeo y Julieta, Bolivar o Cohiba respectively.

·         Shapes and Shades

Cigar size names in Cuban cigars are standard.   There are two broad shapes

Parejos:  they have straight sides , and their dimensions are in proportion. 

-          Coronas:  include coronas, Corona Gorda, Double Corona, Gran Corona, Coronas Gigantes, Presidentes, Robustos and Churchill.  Their main characteristic is that they have an open foot and a rounded head

-          Panatelas:  longer than  coronas and also much thinner.

Figurados: they have an irregular shape.  They are very hard to make and it takes a master Cuban roller to deliver this shape

-          Belicosos: they are the smallest of this group and have a rounded head and a larger foot

-          Pyramids: with pointed head and taper from large foot to small head

-          Perfecto:  It is closed at head and foot and it tapers at both ends

-          Diademas: a giant cigar, 8 inches o more in length.
